WELLNESS IS WHAT WE ARE ALL ABOUT
You’ll see it in the eyes and on the faces of residents. You’ll hear it in the laughter of people enjoying time together. You’ll taste it in the variety and freshness of the food served. You’ll smell it in the aromatherapy fragrances. You’ll touch it when you’re welcomed with a firm handshake.
You’ll discover new activities and re-discover old ones, make new friends and savor good food. The choices are many, the decisions are yours. Led by qualified and trained Wellness, Resident Service and Events Directors, the Wellness Program has five components: Our approach is holistic; Physical activity, Brain power, Social connections, Spirituality and the Culinary experience. A great way to Celebrate the ART of your life.
Variety is the spice of life and at the heart of Physical Health at King City Senior Village. Exercise is planned, like tai chi, or an aerobics class. At our community you will find something to suit you. Even if you’ve never exercised, it’s not too late to start. Physical activity will help increase your energy, be steadier on your feet and best of all will extend your life.
